My name is Jessica Rodriguez aka Star. As a trained Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey and breastfeeding mom of two under 6 years old, I specialize in working with postpartum moms who are ready to prioritize their own healing for the balance of their mind, body & spirit.

I support postpartum moms prioritize their mental health and rest & reconnect with their bodies while they navigate the challenges and adjustments of motherhood without guilt and sacrifice to their self-care and wellness.
